This book was sent to me by Baker Book House. I enjoyed reading “Daughter of Eden”, although, there were several points of theology that I did not agree with. The story of Eve has always been intriguing to me, and this book was no exception. The author used beautifully descriptive language to describe the Garden of Eden and the life that Adam and Eve MAY have led outside of the Garden.
As always, the story is a painfully bittersweet one, full of joy and sorrow, and leaves you with a longing to get closer to the Creator.
I would not recommend this book for youth under the age of 16 due to the many references of procreating and the descriptiveness of the animal sacrifices, etc.
Overall, I recommend the book, just beware of the non-Biblical theologies in reference to “The Trinity” in Heaven and the Nephilim. -The Turtle Reader.
