Review
I love this book. This story is one of suspense, adventure and amazing plot twists!!! Every chapter is a stunning masterpiece and I don’t know how I am going to survive without book 2!
This book is about a kingdom where everyone has a twin. Whether Day or Night, they are connected to them against their will. So when a plague breaks out, many will die unless King Daccias will release the Separator. The only thing that will end the twin curse and stop the plague. But Daccias will never release the cure, so when a Day Son, Waruu, finds out he is the kings twin, he decides to step up take his place and find the cure himself. But maybe there is a reason the Separator is hidden…
This book is AMAZING!!!!! I love, Love, LOVE everything about this story. The adventure was soooo fun, the suspense really interesting and the action well written! I could not get enough of the twins story, (though the king is my favorite!) both had different adventures but they tied together sooooo well. This would be a great novel for boys 13 and up!
There is violence in the book. Mention of death, sickness, a plague that turns skin to ash and cracks the body in half. There is mention of blood and poison, but everything is very clean and not gory at all. This novel is perfectly clean and great for Christians!
Overall, LOVE IT!!!!!! This book has quickly rose to my top favorite lists! It is a wonderful tale that teens would love, as well as adults. I totally suggest this book and wish you all a Blessed Day! -The Young Llama Reader.

Not even death can tell them apart.
In the wild and lush kingdom of Twinsbane, everyone has a look-alike, and each twin is cursed to die when their double breathes their last. When an ancient plague arises, the kingdom’s only hope is to sever these deadly ties. Yet King Daccias refuses to relinquish the cure, a legendary potion called the Separator.
Waruu, an orphan determined to break these ties, discovers he’s the king’s doppelgänger. He’s certain that if he can switch places, he can save the kingdom. But if anyone learns his true identity, he’ll lose everything—including the people he’s desperately trying to protect.
King Daccias wants nothing more than for his subjects to cease threatening to behead him if he doesn’t hand over the Separator. Intent on catching those opposing him, he finds himself ensnared in his own trap. If he doesn’t break loose, the kingdom will rest in the hands of an insolent boy who knows nothing about the truth behind the events unfolding around him.
To save their kingdom, both Waruu and Daccias must face their greatest enemy—each other.
