Review
This is a fantastic retelling of Pride and Prejudice but with dragons!!!!!!!!!! It is clean, cute and totally adorable! Such a good book for ladies 13 and up!
This book is about Livvy Stoud, a young women with a dream to fly with a dragon of her own! But it is well known that mortals can’t bond with dragons. Only Fae can. So Livvy takes what she can get and becomes a dragon groomer. But fate seems to be changing around her, and suddenly she is given the opportunity to assist with the Dragon Tournaments. Livvy may not like the tournaments, but the money is helpful. If only she could avoid the handsome dragon rider that seems to be haunting her dreams.
This book was amazing!!!!! I thoroughly loved every chapter. It was romantic, sweet and such a good read! The world building was fantastic, I loved the magical elements and the characters were amazing! Honestly the wonderful storyline with Pride and Prejudice details was stunning!!!!
Now there is violence in the book. Mention of dragons hurting people, burning them or killing them. (All in the past) There is mention of jousting tournaments going wrong and people and dragons getting injured. There is also mention of magic in the book used for evil. The Fae have magical powers that can manipulate people, tricking them and such. It is mentioned in the background of the book for world building purpose. There is mention of people using gold to ward off the Fae, as well as getting gold tattoos (from a witch who carves in with her nail… ew!) that help protect from magic.
Overall, I loved this book!!!!! It was a totally amazing story about love and dragons. If you love fairytales and Pride and Prejudice this is the book for you!!!!! Happy Readings! -The Young Llama Reader.

In a village on the edge of the mortal lands, dragons need grooming, riders need taming, and love has a mind of its own.
