I love Mary Mecham’s books!!! They are all soooo clean, funny and filled with such sweet romance!
This book is about Rapunzel, but this isn’t the story you think it is… Rapunzel is cunning, brilliant and bored. With her kingdom in ruins thanks to her fathers greed, she decides to forgo the norm and make a plan to save her people in her own. So she fakes her own kidnapping, and forces the dragon that is raiding her people to work with her to ransom the princes coming to rescue her. But her plans seem to be falling apart, and Rapunzel isn’t certain if her deceit is worth the gold…
I LOVED this book!!! (Possible new favorite) It is such a good story, filled with plot twists, action and a very sweet romance. Young ladies 16 and up who love twisted fairytales need this book! There is some violence in the book. Mention of cuts, wounds, some blood. It honestly isn’t that bad. The book is very clean!
Overall, this book is awesome! I totally suggest it and can’t wait to read more by this amazing author! -The Young Llama Reader.
