Have you ever wanted a Fairytale that was filled with adventure, magic and dragons? Well then, this would be the book for you!!!!
This book is about Aurelia, a young women who has been hiding herself for years, uncertain of who she is. Unknown to her, she is a Jewel, a magical Fae from across the Door that connects the human and Fae world. Her friend Benevolence the dragon king is her one connection to that world, but she hasn’t seen him in years. But one day, when her power starts attracting other Fae, Bene decides to come and get his fated queen… Even though she doesn’t know that she is his…
I LOVE THIS BOOK! Fairytales that don’t follow the norm are my favorite, but this series is above all the others! Filled with fun adventure, cute romance and interesting magic, this is a Clean Fairytale that is Christian-friendly!!!!! This is the series for young ladies 15 and up!!!
There is violence in the book. Mention of death, blood and such. Mention of curses and spells. Bad magic that is undo with good deeds and love. It’s not gory, generally clean. There is mention of men forcing a lady into marriage, but nothing happens.
Overall, this book is fabulous! A wonderful story about romance, forgiveness and trusting the Creator! I loved every page!!!!! Totally suggest, 10 out of 10! Happy Reading! -The Young Llama Reader.
Pros
- An amazing Fairytale!!!

Destined to be together. Cursed to be apart.
AURELIA: My heart belongs to the one man I can never have—my best friend, Benevolence, the dragon king. The Door between our worlds lies closed, leaving us with nothing but ink and parchment to bridge the distance.
But mere letters are no longer enough. Today, I’m thirty years old and my heart aches for something real. A royal ball approaches, and with it, a chance to forge a new path. I write to tell Bene goodbye.
And that’s when the nightmare begins.
BENE: My love for Aurelia may very well destroy us both. She has no idea what she is, but I sensed it the moment we met as children. She is a Jewel—the strongest of the fae and the last of her kind.
And the very woman fated to be my queen before my uncle cursed us both.
To protect her, I force myself to stay away. Until the moment I sense she’s in true danger.
The clock is ticking. For the first time in twelve years, the Door between our worlds lies open. And I’m not the only dragon now racing toward the last living Jewel. Her power calls to us all. But will my love be enough to protect her from our fate?
Or will it be the very thing that dooms us all?
