Review
I love The Wild Robot! The book is fantastic, the movie was amazing and the rest of the series is just stunning! Including book 2! Full of adventure, action and finding friends in the most unlikely of places it is great for kids!
Roz may look like your everyday robot, but deep down past her circuits there is a wildness in her programming that makes her long for her island full of animal friends. But Roz isn’t on her island anymore, she is now working on a farm and waiting for a time to escape… But her escape might lead her to places she never expected and will show her where she truly came from.
This book is amazing! The action was fantastic! The adventure was sooo fun! I loved the focus throughout the book on finding family and doing whatever it takes to return home to them. This would be such a great read for boys and girls 7 and up!!!!!!!!
Now there is some violence in the book. The series is about nature and the dangers that come from it. Some mention of dead animals, injures and such. No detailed descriptions, but natural disasters do happen. Mention of losing loved ones. Mention of tornadoes and other such stuff. All VERY clean.
Overall, I definitely suggest this series!!!!!!!! It’s amazing!!!! If you are looking for a good, clean, action series for kids, I have the one for you!!!!!!! -The Young Llama Reader.
