Wow is this book amazing!!! (If not a bit traumatizing!) It is full of suspense, romance and a whole lot of action. I am talking about serial killers, murders and World War 2 kind-of action. (Prepare to be totally pulled in!!!!)
This book is about Savannah Rose, a young lady with a dream to become a nurse! But her dream doesn’t seem to be leading her to the life she thought she wanted. With war right around the corner, a serial killer taking the lives of young ladies and too many secrets to keep, Savannah might not find the healing her hearts wants. But she might get the healing her life needed… Be ready for a fantastic adventure set in the 1940s!!!!
This book was amazing! (And I’m not just saying that because I know the author 😉 ) It is filled with adventure, romance and tons of mystery! The suspense is totally engaging and will keep you up at night if your not careful! (This is a day thriller… Don’t read after 9pm!!!!) It is Christian-friendly and would be a great book for ladies 16 and up!!!
Now there is some darker topics in this book. There is murder and death. Mention of war and serial killers… It isn’t gory, however blood and some death scenes are mentioned and described. The serial killer scenes are definitely a bit creepy. (But that makes sense!!!!) Let me just tell you, this book packs everything into 1 story! Be prepared for romance, adventure, violence, suspense and a whole lot of drama!!!!!!
Overall, I very much enjoyed this book!!!! Yes there is some violence and drama, but I will go on the record to say “The best romances have someone getting shot in them.” (You can quote me on that 😉 ) If you are looking for a clean, very engaging serial killer/WW 2 novel, I found a great Christian one for you!!! -The Young Llama Reader.
