Hi guys! Sorry I haven’t been posting stuff for a while, (5 days!!!) I have been busy! But I just re-read a great series I love so much and wanted to “re-review” it for you older girls out there!
It’s called ‘The Genesis Trilogy’ and is all about the times before and after the Flood in the Bible book of Genesis. It is clean for young adults, (16 and up!) but mentions a lot of things not clean for kids. Multiple wives, killing with no reason or regret, evil EVIL people doing evil things, sacrificing to idols and false gods, tons of horrible violence, (semi described, disconnected limbs, severed parts).
This trilogy really shows you what the world was like before God gave us a better way to live. It opens your eyes and makes you see the beautiful, flawed world around us. This is one of the best fictional, Biblical books I have ever read! I most definitely suggest it to girls 16 and up; but ASK YOUR PARENTS!!!! I am not kidding when I say it’s violent!
