Review

Ok, I love Star Wars and have read most of the books, but one series I could never find was the Young Jedi Knight series… AND SOMEONE LET ME BORROW THEIR ENTIRE SERIES AND I’M JUST SOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!

The Young Jedi Knight series is about Princess Leia and Han Solo’s kids. It is a really cool series and is very kid-friendly; however it is en-creditably hard to find. My dad and I only found four or so books in it, and that was at used book stores. My library has some of the series, but not all. Unfortunately these books were made a long time ago, and are very difficult to get. (I suggest Amazon)

The books are very appropriate and super fun to read. I don’t think there is any gross stuff in it; but I will just have to finish the series to find out. (YAY!!! Time to read more books!!!) The books are not violent… yet, but future books may get more… ‘bloody’. (It’s Star Wars people… lightsabers hurt…)

Over all, this is a great kid-friendly Star Wars book; and I HIGHLY suggest it. It may be hard to find, but it IS worth it… at least to me!

Pros

  • ONE OF THE BEST STAR WARS SERIES EVER!!!!
  • Kid-friendly

Cons

  • Very hard to find…

Jacen and Jaina, the 14-year-old twins of Han Solo and Princess Leia, now attend the Jedi Knight Academy which was set up by Luke Skywalker. Exploring the jungle outside the Jedi Academy, Jacen and Jaina Solo discover the remains of a TIE fighter that went down during the first Death Star battle, and their plans to repair it are overseen by a stranded Imperial trooper.
