Review

I love the Space Case series, this may be one of the best series I have ever read!!! These books are super funny and very enjoyable to read; and I LOVE THEM!!!!!

The books are about a kid LIVING ON THE MOON, (Awesome!!!!) and solving a ‘Space Murder’. (Duh Duh DUH!!!… ) I love this series, and have laughed SO hard from reading it I fell off my couch… (I literary fell head first off my couch ’cause I was laughing sooooo much… it’s a little embarrassing how hard I was laughing…)

Anyway, the book is really good, but it does have mention of murder. (I mean it does say it on the back of the book… so don’t say I didn’t warn you!) But the murder isn’t even that bad; besides the fact that someone walked outside on the moon with a messed up helmet… other than that, EVERYTHING’S GREAT!!!

Over all, I love this book and I do think this book is kid-friendly, and one hilarious read!!!

Space out! -The Young Llama Reader.

Pros

  • Super funny.
  • Very kid-friendly.

Cons

  • Murder… IN SPACE!

Like his fellow lunarnauts—otherwise known as Moonies—living on Moon Base Alpha, twelve-year-old Dashiell Gibson is famous the world over for being one of the first humans to live on the moon.

And he’s bored out of his mind. Kids aren’t allowed on the lunar surface, meaning they’re trapped inside the tiny moon base with next to nothing to occupy their time—and the only other kid Dash’s age spends all his time hooked into virtual reality games.

Then Moon Base Alpha’s top scientist turns up dead. Dash senses there’s foul play afoot, but no one believes him. Everyone agrees Dr. Holtz went onto the lunar surface without his helmet properly affixed, simple as that. But Dr. Holtz was on the verge of an important new discovery, Dash finds out, and it’s a secret that could change everything for the Moonies—a secret someone just might kill to keep…
