Review
Ok, I am a huge fan of anything fairy-tale related so this series? Amazing!!! I adore the Texas Ever After series, even though I forgot to review book 1, I totally suggest these books to young women 18 and up!
This book is about Samantha Dearing, the daughter of a wealthy cattle rancher who is determined to make her own story no-matter-what; and Asher Ellis, a broke ranch hand who is angry at the Dearing’s for kicking his step-family out of their home and determined to find his revenge. But when he breaks into Sam’s home to find proof of her families wrong doings, he instead finds a women filled with strength and hope. After being found he rushes out leaving behind one cowboy boot. Now Sam is trying to find her mystery man, while Asher is trying to find the secrets to the Dearing household. But neither one is prepared for the adventure in store for them…
This book was soooooo sweet! It had adventure, romance, and such a great focus on trusting God through every trial. The story is soooooooooo well written and I just adored the mystery and action in it. This novel would be so perfect for young ladies 18 and up looking for a clean, historical romance filled with hope, love and God’s grace!
Now there is some violence in this book. Mention of people getting shot, hurt. Mention of attempted murder and such. There is some some adult topics brought up that make the book not kid friendly. Mention of cheating, and getting pregnant. The topic is brought up but not described or explained. However, I just don’t think this series is a kid or teen series. 18 and up people!
Overall, I love this book! It was sooooo good, so fun and so well written! I totally suggest it and ladies who love a fun, interesting, historical novel would love this read!!! Have a beautiful spring! -The Young Llama Reader.
