Review

This is another eBook that was sent to me, (Thank you Kimberly!!!!) and it was awesome! There was a lot of kissing in it, (Bleh!) and humor, and magic! Let’s just sum it up too… I LOVED IT!

This is the book after The Trouble with Fairy Godmothers and it is about Nikki trying to adjust to dating the most popular guy in school. The book is clean but there is kissing in it. On the neck, cheek, and lips. (Why would anyone kiss somebody’s neck is beyond me but whatever!) And her boyfriend at one point tries to French Kiss, (aka licking) and going all octopus and letting his arms wander. She freaks out and stops him, but it is in there so be warned.

Over all, LOVE! This is a great book for older girls, (due to the kissing) and is probably my favorite one so far! (The first one was good, but I laughed sooooo hard while reading this one too!) I do suggest this book but ask your parents due to the kissing. (Which is appropriate, but only for older girls probably) Have a “Magical” day! -The Young Llama Reader.

Pros

  • A very good book for older girls!
  • Funny, magical and just plain awesome!!!

Cons

  • Lots of mentions of kissing.

Sixteen-year-old Nikki Baker finally has everything she’s always wanted: confidence, popularity, and the hottest guy at Forest Hills High. Thanks to her fairy godmother’s help, happily ever after is hers for the taking. But being at the top of the food chain is a dangerous place to be. Gossip, lies and betrayal lurk at every corner while she struggles holding onto a boyfriend everyone wants for themselves. Expectations run high with a guy who’s used to getting what he wants, but Nikki’s not so sure she’s ready to meet his demands. She must decide whether to trust her own heart, or rely on the fairy godmother who got her there in the first place.
